Therapy Services
It can be very difficult to take the first steps in reaching out for support. Whatever the reason, I can assure you that should you choose to take that first step, you will be treated with dignity, respect and above all, as an individual. I will do all I can to get you to the place you want to be, but at no point will you feel pressured or judged. I am here and I am ready to listen.

What Can I Offer You?
A deepening connection using advanced empathy. and insight. I am authentic, transparent and can offer a non-judgemental environment to help build an open and honest relationship within a safe environment.
My role is to assist you to embrace change and learn to accept what you can/cannot control/change, to promote your mental health and well-being.

I offer a range of different coping strategies and use a variety of tools and techniques. I can introduce and invite you to use different methods to enable you to reach your full potential.

WHAT TO EXPECT​
The next step would be to either give me a call or email me your requirements. You will be offered a free half hour initial consultation. This is not a counselling session, but rather an opportunity for you to explore if therapy is right for you and that I am the Therapist you would like to work with.

You can ask me any questions about the service, explain the reasons why you would like therapy and what you would like to gain from it. If after the first meeting you decide it is not for you or you do not feel ready, then there is no commitment at this stage in the process. If you would like to continue and commit to working with me, then we will set up an agreement.

We will work towards a minimum of 6 sessions, preferably on a weekly basis. Prior to the end of these sessions, we will review our current working relationship with a view to agreeing an extension or concluding our work together.
