Adult
 Services
A warm welcome in taking the first steps to wanting to help yourself. I would like to reassure you that you are not alone, and I am here to help and support you.Â

What To Expect
The first step would be to either give me a call or email me your requirements. You will be invited to meet with me for a free initial consultation, this would take half hour. This is not a counselling session, but rather an opportunity for you to explore if therapy is for you and I am the Therapist you would like to work with.
You can ask me any questions about the service and explain the reasons why you would like counselling and what you would like to get from it. If after the first meeting you decide it is not for you or you do not feel ready, then there is no commitment at this stage in the process. If you would like to continue and begin work with me, then we will set up an agreement to ensure that boundaries are held.
We will work towards a minimum of 6 sessions, with a view to having these on a weekly basis. Prior to the end of these sessions, we will review our current working relationship with a view to agreeing an extension or concluding our work together.

How I Can Help You
The aim of counselling is to give you the opportunity in spending some time and space away from your own environment, to explore and reflect on what is happening in your life. This enables you to have a better understanding of your surroundings and be able to look at a situation differently. You will be able to recognise any necessary choices and changes that is within your control, so that you are able to reach your full potential.
